Evo-Life groups are constructed to address a largely unmet need in both the mental health treatment community, and in general society.
We are living in a world that creates very little opportunity for safe expression of vulnerability. With that, we have trained ourselves into maintaining a public persona that differs greatly from our far more guarded "true self." This leads to an isolative and problematic dynamic that promotes the fallacy that we are different, weak, or the "only one." It is a force when individuals realize the universality of their private struggles, and evokes outcomes that are inexplicable until and unless you try one of our groups.
